Okay so they won’t make ya go, but they’re a lot better for you than their Rice Crispy counterparts. Just don’t make them after two glasses of pinot because then you’ll eat the other half of the mini-marshmallow bag before the chocolate is even done melting.
- 2/3 box Fiber One Honey Clusters
- 2/3 bag mini-marshmallows
- 1/4 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup I Can’t Believe It’s Not Butter spread
1.) Melt the butter and marshmallows in a non-stick sauce pan over medium heat, stirring constantly.
